Journey flow
It starts at South America's southern tip, then crosses the Drake Passage, seabirds gliding alongside the ship the whole way. Zodiacs run guests ashore to penguin colonies and research stations, kayaks slip through brash ice in near silence. THE ANTARCTIC PENINSULA
This is the trip's core, and it runs on no fixed schedule at all. Zodiac landings, kayaking through brash ice, penguin colonies, seals hauled out on ice floes, glaciers cracking apart in real time. Days shift constantly based on weather and wildlife, which is exactly the point, no two mornings here look the same.
DAYS 10-12
THE RETURN CROSSING
The Drake again, this time with real time to process what just happened. Lectures continue, the ship's lounge fills with conversation, and the light stretches long into evenings that feel different now than they did on the way down.
