Fora Travel, Inc. does not manage, control, or direct Our daily operations, and is not liable for any services, representations, or omissions made by Us.

All original text, graphics, designs, and other materials created by Peregrine Travel Advisors, LLC on this site are protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without Our prior written consent.

Certain photographs and visual materials used on this site are licensed from third-party providers (including Unsplash and others) and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. 5. Third-Party Travel Providers

As a travel advisor, We facilitate bookings with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, insolvency, overbooking, schedule changes, or acts of God.

By booking travel through Us, You agree to the terms and conditions of each Supplier, which will govern Your booking. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from the actions or inactions of any Supplier.

6. Payments and Credit Card Authorization

Payments for travel services are generally processed directly by the Supplier. In cases where We facilitate payment, You agree to provide valid payment authorization via a signed credit card authorization form. By doing so, You authorize Us to make payments to Suppliers on Your behalf.

We are not responsible for payment processor errors, currency fluctuations, or Supplier pricing changes after booking.

7. User Responsibilities

By using Our services, You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including passport and visa details.

  • Ensure You have all required travel documents for entry into any destination.

  • Obtain travel insurance if desired or recommended.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel restrictions.

Failure to do so may result in denied boarding, travel interruptions, or financial loss for which We bear no responsibility.

8. Your Communications

Any communications submitted through Our website (e.g., contact forms, blog comments, email sign-ups) are not confidential and may be visible to third parties. We may store, use, or republish such communications as reasonably necessary for Our business, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations, changes, or refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective Supplier(s). Fees may apply. We are not responsible for Suppliers’ refusal to issue refunds or make changes.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict Your access to this website at Our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 14. Arbitration

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Louisiana. Each party shall bear its own legal costs and expenses.

15. Severability & No Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by Us to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under these Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any booking agreements and Supplier terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between You and Peregrine Travel Advisors, LLC regarding the use of this website and Our services.
